How did it all start and who am I? It all started on a whim one day in August of 2019! Little did I know after making one scrunchie for myself I would be making hundreds and hundreds thereafter!!! I make my scrunchies with so much love and care and absolutely LOVE what I do!

Protea (prow·tee·uh) is the national flower of South Africa 🇿🇦, where I am originally from. I am proud of my heritage as its a big part of my life but I am also very proud and thankful to be Canadian!

I am a mom of two little bambini and wifey to my best friend and most favourite person I have ever known. I am so excited to connect with you all and bring you one happy hair day at a time!!
